If life is supposed to be an adventure mine couldn't start early enough. As soon as I finished high school I bought myself a backpack, grabbed my guitar and got on a plane to the other side of the world. University wasn't made for people like me, my mind was way too wild and curious to be fitted inside of a box, and my soul was thirsty to drink the magic elixirs that only nomads get to taste and experience on the road. For the four years that followed I hitchhiked around the planet playing my guitar and singing on the street to make a living. At the age of 22 I suddenly received a call from New Zealand from my French ex-girlfriend announcing me that she was pregnant. My world turned upside down, and soon I found myself living in the South-West of France as a very young father. Not speaking the French language I was unable to find myself a job, and spending a lot of my time in solitude I was very directly confronted with myself. The freedom that I had found traveling around the world, I was now forced to find within myself. A long journey towards self-realization had just begun.
